Along with that are the countless amount of edge details. Edges are usually formed and cast allowing extreme details not available to other materials. We can even create custom edge forms to replicate any design using liquid rubber. Concrete also accepts inserts and inlays and can be personalized with unique embedded items such as pebbles, recycled glass and seashells. All of these are features unmatched by other materials. We use the latest advancement in Nano technology high performance sealers. This sealer is scratch resistant and 35% harder than granite in 30 days. It resists heat up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Use of hot pads or trivets (aluminum bars embedded in the concrete that elevate hot pots or pans off the surface) is still recommended as it is with other materials. Other materials have color options but with concrete, we can make those options endless by mixing pigments together giving us an unlimited spectrum of color. Concrete does require seams but those can be filled with colored grout. These seams don’t have to be straight lines either. They can curve or even zig zag. Try doing that with granite!
